Terms & Conditions
- A 20% deposit per car is required to secure your booking. The balance will be due two weeks prior to your event. Deposits are non-refundable.
- A charge of $75 cash payment, per 15 minutes for each car, is incurred if the duration of the hire exceeds the pre paid booking agreement.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
- Drinking alcohol is not permitted to be consumed in vehicles due to Victorian Road Safety Regulations. Water will provided in both vehicles.
- The maximum number of passengers per car is limited by transport regulations to 4 persons.
- We reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle only in case of mechanical emergencies or extreme weather conditions.
- Cloud 9 Wedding Car Hire take no responsibility for damage to any property or to any item of clothing worn by members of the bridal party.
- A surcharge may apply for travel outside the Melbourne Region.
- A surcharge may also apply for excess distances travelled within the metropolitan region.
- A minimum 3-hour booking is required.
- The hire commences at the agreed collection time and completes at the time of drop off at the reception.
- We are unable to carry children under the age of 7 years due to Victorian Road Safety Regulations.
- A copy of our full Terms and Conditions will be provided at time of booking.
